Suppressors & NFA Orders
Buying a suppressor through Rushworxs is simple. Anyone who can legally own a firearm can purchase a suppressor! Here’s how it works in 2026:
1. Choose your suppressor – Select from available models or request a specific one. We can source most popular brands and configurations.
2. Payment – All NFA Items must be paid in full before we will order unless a deposit agreement has been made.
3. Choose how you would like to file –You’ll need to decide whether to purchase the suppressor as an individual or in a gun trust.
- Individual – Simplest and usually fastest option. Only you can legally possess and use the suppressor. Good if you’re the sole user and don’t need shared access or long-term estate planning.
- Gun Trust – Allows multiple people (trustees) to legally possess and use the suppressor. Makes inheritance and shared access much easier. All responsible persons listed on the trust will need fingerprints and photos. We can help set up or notarize a gun trust if you don’t already have one.

4. Paperwork – After purchase, we prepare your ATF Form 4. You’ll provide fingerprints, a passport-style photo, and complete the required background check. We can assist with fingerprinting, passport photos, and trusts (see pricing link below)
5. ATF submission – We handle the eForm 4 submission for you. There is no more $200 tax stamp — the federal transfer tax is $0.
6. Wait for approval – Once the ATF approves the transfer, your suppressor is ready.
7.Pickup – Come in to complete the transfer and take possession.
