Optics Mounting

What’s Included:

• Mount selection & compatibility check — We review your firearm, optic, and mount (or recommend one if needed) to avoid issues like cantilever vs. direct mount, height, or rail spacing.
• Precise mounting — Clean rail surfaces, use torque wrench to manufacturer specs, level the optic, and secure without over-stressing screws or stripping threads.
• Bore sighting & initial zero — Rough alignment via bore sighter (laser or magnetic) for faster range zeroing.
• Function check — Verify optic holds zero after mounting, check for clearance (e.g., charging handle, ejection), and test eye relief/comfort.
• Final inspection — Clean fingerprints/oil, thread locker where appropriate, and ensure everything is tight and ready.

This service is perfect for new optic installs, upgrades, swapping between firearms, or correcting loose/wobbly mounts from previous attempts. We work on AR platforms, bolt-actions, pistols (MOS/RMR cuts, etc), shotguns, and more.

Pricing: Flat rate: $30 (This covers standard mounting on most firearms and optics. Additional mounting hardware, or complex setups requiring extra time/materials, will be quoted separately after review.)
